Return and Refund Policy

Return/Exchange & Refund Policy of Megami Jewels:-

We strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products and services. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment.

How to initiate the Return/Exchange Process?

Returns

  • The customer can return the product in case of different colour, wrong size being ordered, product got damaged on delivery within 7 days from the date of delivery, customer should contact Megami customer support 9971432777 or write to backoffice@megami.in with your order number and return request.
  • We shall not entertain any return requests made after 7 days from the date of receiving of the product.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective or incorrect product.
  • Due to hygiene reason Nath, Nose pins, Nose rings & Toe rings are not returnable.
  • If you receive a defective product, please mail us backoffice@megami.in or you can directly call our customer service Helpline Number: 9971432777 within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will provide you return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

Exchange

  • The customer can return the product in case of different colour, wrong size being ordered.
  • We shall not entertain any Exchange request made after 7 days from the date of receiving.
  • In case if you want to exchange the product, please mail us on backoffice@Megami.in with your order number and exchange request. We will provide you with and exchange Authorization number.
  • If you choose to exchange the product, we will cover the cost of shipping for the new product being exchanged.

Refund

1) If there is damage to an item upon delivery, customer should contact Megami customer support 9971432777 or write to backoffice@megami.in within 7 days from the receipt of product.

2) We shall not entertain any request made after 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

3) Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up from your doorstep.

TAT (Turn around Time)

We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition & unbroken condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode within 10 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at the warehouse of Megami.
